准妈妈放纵地熬夜 会不会影响宝宝

  有这样一句话,叫“泡最浓的枸杞,熬最晚的夜”。都知道熬夜不好,还是抵抗不住手机的诱惑,就只能泡枸杞安慰一下自己了。不知道你有没有乖乖听话,早睡早起呢?在这里要提醒一下,如果习惯了晚睡,现在可要改改了。孕期熬夜,影响的不止是一个人,宝宝可能也会跟着受罪。

  准妈可能会想:“有那么严重吗?”其实这事说大不大,说小也不小。如果经常熬夜,自身的免疫力会变差,容易感冒生病,并且会增加妊娠期高血压、妊娠期糖尿病、早产、剖宫产以及产后抑郁的发生概率。对于肚子里的宝宝来说,也会影响其生长发育。

  有时候也不是故意不睡觉,而是真的睡不着。有可能是腰酸背痛,怎么躺都不舒服;或者是被尿频折磨,每隔10分钟,就想上一次厕所。折腾来折腾去,眨眼就到半夜了。怎么办呢?建议上午多喝水,下午和睡前就少喝点水。可以的话,让老公帮忙按摩手脚和背部,放松身体的同时增进感情。

  最后,可以来一杯暖暖的温牛奶,然后安稳地和宝宝一起坠入梦乡。
